1. Return & Exchange Timeline

  • You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • BULKING reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval.

3. Final Sale Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “3rd Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • No exceptions will be made.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges.
  • If a return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit issued.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • All refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on www.bulking-life.com.
  • Once the return is received and approved, store credit will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue store credit at no additional cost.
